Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If any changes or issues arise, please contact us via email at least one week prior to your event so we can do our best to accommodate you, based on availability. Set-up time will begin 1 hour before your event start time. Please note that any idle time will incur an additional fee. Whether your event is indoors or outdoors must be confirmed at the time of booking, as each requires different planning, setup, and fees. Kindly, Sasha B.
