Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Exquisite Party Rentals, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless booking experience. Please review our payment and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and rental items.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [7] days prior to the event date, unless otherwise stated on your invoice or rental agreement.

We accept approved payment methods as listed at checkout or on your invoice.

Failure to submit full payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation without notice, and the deposit will be forfeited.

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes, delivery fees, setup fees, and damage waiver fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment Timeline: We do not accept payments on the day of the event. All balances must be paid in full one week (7 days) prior to your event date.

Late Fees: Any invoice paid after the due date will incur a $25 late fee.
Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made [7] days or more before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future rental, at the sole discretion of Exquisite Party Rentals.

Cancellations made less than [3] days before the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early breakdown requests, or rentals shortened due to client circumstances.

IMPORTANT: All outdoor events must be confirmed with our team prior to booking. Due to specific equipment requirements, any outdoor event booked without prior authorization will be automatically cancelled.
Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

One reschedule may be allowed without penalty if requested at least [7] days prior to the event date.

Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
Force Majeure
Exquisite Party Rentals shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper access to the venue, safe placement of rental items, and compliance with venue rules and local regulations. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Agreement
By reserving services with Exquisite Party Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Cancellation Policy.
